will enjoy this brand new lecture on stress reduction. This event
is a great opportunity to learn how to identify stress (albeit
oftentimes obvious!), as well as recognizing indicators of PTSD
(post-traumatic stress disorder), sensory triggers, etc.; as well
as effects of stress on the system: adrenal exhaustion, weight
gain, addiction, loss of stamina, sleep disturbances, anxiety and
panic. Learn helpful techniques for stress-reduction,
stress-management, and building a more peaceful life experience.
The group will experience a Guided Relaxation Exercise. Time will
be allotted for questions and answers. Jenny is a frequent guest
